- This office is located on Kissena Boulevard between Barclay Avenue and Sanford Avenue. The building is called Flushing Plaza.
- Our Office is on the main floor, in the rear of the building. Look for the sign “Madison Avenue Orthopaedic Associates, PC.”
- The “7” train to Main Street (last stop) is a 5 minute walk, southeast, from the office. There is a parking garage in the building (you are responsible for the parking fee- we can not validate it).
